CrewFinder ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CrewFinder application and website at crewfinder.pages.dev. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

When you create a CrewFinder account, we collect:

• Messages — content of in-app messages between users
• Call logs — metadata about voice calls made through the platform (time, duration, participants)
• Job posts and responses — listings you create or respond to
• Ratings and reviews — feedback you leave for other users

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase (Database & Authentication)

Twilio (Voice Calling)

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Processes subscription payments for business accounts. Stripe collects payment information (credit card details) directly — we only store your subscription status, not payment card details. Stripe Privacy Policy

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts to display the Outfit typeface. When you load a page, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. Google Privacy Policy

Cloudflare (Hosting & CDN)

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect anonymized analytics data and processes requests through their CDN. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

• Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, we permanently remove all personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.
• Messages: Messages are retained as long as both users' accounts are active.
• Call logs: Call metadata is retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.
• Payment records: Billing history is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

CrewFinder uses:

• Authentication tokens (localStorage) — required for you to stay logged in
• Cookie consent preference (localStorage) — remembers your consent choice
• Last sync timestamp (localStorage) — for offline functionality
• Service Worker cache — for offline access and performance

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

All Users

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate personal data via your profile settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
